Creation of Digital Admin as a General Partnership
Digital Admin was founded in 2018 as a general partnership (SNC). In its early days, the company positioned itself as a provider of IT services and software development, specializing in the creation of websites and e-commerce solutions. It mainly supported self-employed professionals and SMEs in implementing digital tools, automations and custom solutions to improve their operational efficiency.
Transformation into an LLC
In 2020, in response to the growth of the business and the diversification of projects, Digital Admin was transformed into a limited liability company (Sàrl). This change made it possible to structure the company, professionalize internal processes, and strengthen the quality of services related to digital transformation, notably with the start of the development of web applications and mobile applications for clients.
Integration of accounting and administrative services
In 2021, Digital Admin made a strategic shift after realizing that the digitalization of companies also created a growing need in the accounting, administrative, and financial areas. Many businesses were equipped with modern digital tools, but still struggled to manage their figures, obligations, and internal processes efficiently. In response to this reality, the company officially integrated accounting, tax, and administrative services, combining its technological background with fiduciary expertise. This step marked the beginning of Digital Admin’s transformation into a digital fiduciary firm, offering entrepreneurs a more global and structured approach to managing their businesses.
Start of Digital Admin App development
Observing the limitations of existing tools on the market and their poor alignment with the realities of Swiss SMEs, in 2022 Digital Admin launched the development of its own internal solution: Digital Admin App. The objective is to create a unified platform capable of centralising invoicing, VAT management and, in the long term, accounting, while directly integrating fiduciary processes into the tool. This decision marks the transition from a service provider to a fully equipped digital fiduciary firm, with an application designed from the outset to meet Swiss requirements, legal obligations and the daily operational needs of entrepreneurs.
First web app release: invoicing & VAT
After several design and testing phases, the first version of the application is completed in 2025. This version focuses on Swiss invoicing and VAT management, including the generation of QR invoices, quotes, VAT statements and the first dashboards. It also integrates contact management, customer accounts, a list of banks as well as product and service catalogs in order to structure the entire sales cycle.
Accounting integration & conversion into a corporation
In 2026, Digital Admin completes its ecosystem with the integration of accounting and e-banking directly into the application. Invoicing, VAT, accounting and banking flows now form a continuous and automated process, enabling real-time payment reconciliation and accurate cash-flow monitoring. This milestone firmly establishes Digital Admin as a leading Swiss digital fiduciary firm.
